- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I go to training approximately 4 to 5 times a years. The training encompasses software and hardware.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The biggest complaint is slow running computers; virus issues. Computers run a lot of bloat-ware, and run too many programs on start up. Everyone wants a fast machine.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Mobility is the key for us. We work diligently to repair items in the home without the need to remove them, however at times due to a long process such as backing up a large hard drive it may be necessary. We hope never to inconvenience the customer.
