Hello! My name is Shack. I have over 17 years of experience in the massage and wellness profession. I provide wellness through the art of touch by using my hands, head, and heart to bring healing and/or transformation to your body, mind and soul. I help those who are experiencing:

When you choose to work with me, we (you & I) will design a comprehensive treatment plan that involves:
Therapeutic bodywork
Nutritional coaching
At-home therapeutic exercises (physical, mental or emotional)
Weekly support/coaching call.
Depending on the condition being treated, treatment plans last for a duration of at least 4 weeks, or longer. It is my intention to provide you with the type of experience that will leave you renewed, revived and rejuvenated! I hope to serve you soon!

I am a Nurse on the frontline & really needed a massage while on break from working 21 straight days of 12 hr shifts, before I returned back to New York after quarantining. Thank God for Mr Shack. This massage was one of the best I ever had & was so well needed. He was very professional & concern about what bothered me the most & did a marvelous job. Shack was an amazing person and does a wonderful job at what he does. I recommend him to anyone and I defiantly will be going back. Much needed and I owe it to him that I am not near as sore as I use to be working 12 hour shifts.
