When I first started with Moses I was completely out of shape. I hadn't been in the gym in years. For the first couple of weeks I didn't think I was going to make it, but Moses was very patient and inspirational. He challenged me to push myself with the variety of circuit training he uses. He changed the way I looked at myself and my whole body in general. I became stronger and toned. All the things that I wanted. He gave me structure that I still use on my own in my workouts today. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone that is looking for a real change in their life.
