Law was awesome! He worked with me on my goals (loose weight while gaining more muscle) by teaching me how to effectively burn fat in the gym. He also showed me tools to improve my eating including recommended apps to track nutrients, shakes that don't taste like ass, food that works well, etc. Everything he shared was extremely helpful and allowed me to feel much better with my movement and energy in a short amount of time. On top of this, Law was very motivating and kept the WO's from being boring or monotonous. Hire him - you wont regret it!

Moreover, he is knowledgeable about best practices in diet, weight loss, and nutrition to enhance performance. Best of all, he is humorous, easygoing, and easy to work with!

Julie does an outstanding job of working with you as an individual. She demonstrates modifications but pushes you to reach your full potential.
