I asked for an estimate and received one very promptly. I talked with him and made an appointment for him to come to my house and look at the job. He didn't show the first time or the second time so I guess I won't be using their services.

Once Emmanuel receives payment, he won't finish the job and the work he does is sub-par. And he is not a licensed contractor for home improvement work or other construction upwards of $3000, including materials. It is an TN law you that have to be. Do not hire him!
