- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a "standard" pricing system for our services because every event is different and we do our best to create and to personalize everything according to what the customer/client is looking for ...but I can tell you that our pricing lines up with the desire to meet your every need professionally as we plan your special event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"Listening"to what ideas and desires they have for their special event. Being professional and doing everything in excellence. Personalizing and getting the details on the complete event. Creating suggested menus to please the client and their guests. Making them aware that I am ALSO a Pastry Chef and dessert always completes their very special event. Making sure everything is fresh and delicious and flows in a timely matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the food Industry including private personal family corporate and public events. All done professionally and in excellence. We serve delicious foods that make a memorable EXPERIENCE for you and your guests.
