From our very first contact, Jeff was the consummate professional and he just came across genuine. Jeff was easy to work with and he adjusted to our schedule. He called to reconfirm our inspection two days prior and again the morning of to insure we had the time for a thorough inspection. From the moment he arrived at our home he provided proof of credentials, reiterates what we previously discussed on the phone, stated what and where he needed access to, asked if we were okay with his freedom of movement or did he want us to check in before he moved locations, and get this, "he welcomed us to accompany him at any point and to ask questions at any time." Upon completion he took his time explaining what his concerns were and shared photos to aide in our conversation. He told us when he left late afternoon that our report will be emailed to us that evening. True to his word, I received an email by the end of supper as we were just clearing the table. The report was well thought out leaving little room for questions or misunderstanding. There were plenty of photographs accompanying the report and detailed photos where I thought they were needed. Our experience with having Jeff as our home inspector was phenomenal and we HIGHLY recommend his work. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Tennessee State License for Home Inspection and required to maintain 32 hours of continuing education every two years.
