Chris came out and aerated my yard. 11,500 sq ft of lawn. Explained the process. Applied overseeding and starter fertilizer. So far, new grass is growing. He answered every question I asked and he was very professional. Ill be calling him back to do pre-emergent in the early Spring. Thank you Chris.

Terrible customer service! My lawn was being cut unevenly for a month so when I kindly texted to let Chris know. He replied perhaps I should find another provider. So without any notice he quit cutting my lawn. Even after I was more than nice and didn’t complain when he broke the hinge on my gate and he replaced it with the wrong hinge. See photo of hinge/gate. I didn’t complain when my solar lights got broken too.

Our pricing is all based on turf size. If you are in a $1M home or a duplex pricing is the same across the board.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say hire someone who is passionate at lawn care and not someone who is just killing time with a “job”. I honestly am obsessed with it. Lawns are always on my mind! 🤔
