Professional and craftsman quality work is how I would best describe Patrick and the work he did repairing my gutter and roof leak problem. He was quick to respond, showed up on time, first to provide me an estimate, and did EXCELLENT work and keep me appraised of the situation as the job progressed, even though it was a small problem. Very polite and professional. I will definitely call him back for anymore work I may need.

We used Sunset to find and fix a leak coming from our roof. The job was done perfect! They showed up when they said they would for the bid, they communicated to me every step of the way through the process, they showed up to start and complete the job when they said they would, cleaned up after the job and even gave a bid for some future work that needs to be done. I will hire them again and recommend them.

I am currently deployed and needed someone to fix some shingles on my roof. Sunset responded quickly. Kept their word and fixed repairs in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again if there are any services I need completed. Even sent me pictures of before and after.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer is established and submitted request. A assessment and or diagnosis is scheduled for proper evaluation and pricing. A quick rough estimate can always be provided prior to assessment, however it may change after evaluation once estimate has been finalized. After approval of estimate has been made, work can be scheduled. Once work is completed, payment for services will be retained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the roofing industry my entire life. My father owned his own business and I expanded his legacy. I have done every job in roofing from clean up, labor, shingle installation, flat roof installation, metal installation, flashing installation, repairman, foreman and project manager to now owner. We stay up to date with new products and new roofing techniques applied today.
