Having studied with world-class instructors himself, owner/instructor Joshua Carlisle has an extensive background in rudimental marching percussion, including two years of performing on snare drum with the Velocity Percussion Ensemble. He began performing live on drum set in his early teens, and has since went on to record and/or perform with a variety of musicians and artists. Josh continues to work both as a drummer and recording engineer, allowing him a unique perspective on a drummer's role in the band. As an instructor, Josh brings his passion for music and drums to each lesson, along with a solid, structured curriculum.
