  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I was very young I always loved cooking and plate presentation. My very first job was in the food industry. I tried going to college for Psychology but realized that my true passion was food. I moved from Jackson, TN to Pittsburgh, PA and began my journey.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I had a catering event for some older folks and made an apple coleslaw that blew their minds. It's all the could talk about the entire meal.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Have a taste testing first.
