- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Since I provide custom solutions for each project, I focus on a value-based pricing structure that is individually tailored to the current needs of the client. While my prices are competitive, they are designed to be fair to all parties involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will start with a phone call or video conference to discuss their business needs and how I can help. Once I understand what they’re looking for from me, I will send them a proposal. When the proposal is accepted, following any negotiation, we will sign the privacy agreement and the letter of agreement to start the project. Communication expectations will also be established during this time, as well as time frames. Once the project is completed, or as it continues (for long-term or month to month projects), we will assess the work and make sure it has met the client's expectations. Following this, we will tie up any loose ends and complete payment arrangements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and have obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I have worked in the accounting field for more than seven years.
