Gretchen released a lot of tightness, t-band pain, hip achiness and neck stiffness. The deepness of the massage and the working of trigger points and myofacial release left me feeling like I could move easier. The heat underneath me was perfect and the rooms lighting and music and water sounds were very relaxing. She started and ended ontime, using her time very wisely and covering everything we had discussed before the massage as problem areas. Never felt rushed. Could tell she knew what she was doing. The only thing that could have made it better was a little less aromatics in the whole place. I could see where that might affect people with breathing or asthma issues. Loved the masssage!!!!

Gretchen is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had! I try to get one massage a month, for pain management. And she does just that, she gives instant relief to any pain and stress. I have already returned for another session with her. I have been amazed at the fact that I dont even have to tell her where the pain is, she just knows the body. Such a sweet and gifted lady with truly healing hands!!!!

I had my first deep tissue massage with Gretchen. It was wonderful!!! I felt so much better afterwards. The toxins trapped in the deep tissues were worked out. I drank lots of water afterwards. The next day I thought I would be sore, but I was not! Gretchen has wonderful strong hands and knows where a person needs work the most!! I will go back to her soon!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A questionnaire is completed of client's history and pain. We discuss what is client's expectations and what to expect in the first massage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A massage therapist is required to complete 24 hours continuing education in two years. Over the past two years I have completed 104 hours.
