FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give our customers the best price possible but will not always be the cheapest. We want to do the job right and stand by our work so we will bid our work so that the customer can be confident they are getting good quality work. We can't always compete price wise with the cheapest option but you are going to be happier with a better longer lasting product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first get as much info about the project or idea via phone or email as we can. We also like to get as many photos as possible sent to us via text or email. If at that point the customer and we feel we can do the type of work that is being requested we will schedule an estimate to come and take a look at the project in person and get any important measurements and look at the site condition. We will ask any questions that may arise from the site visit. We will then put all the information together into the accurate estimate we can and send it over to the client for their review. The client can then ask any questions they may have about the estimate or project and we will do our best to answer those in a timely matter. If the client likes our estimate and decides to use our services a contract detailing what we are doing for the project will be signed by the client and us and a start date will be given. The deposit and payment information will also be provided in the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained with Aquascape Inc one of the worlds largest distributors of water garden products to learn and be efficient when installing ponds and water features. We also have several years of experience on our team from working in construction, trim carpentry, tile work and water garden construction and design. We strive to keep up on current events, training and expos in our industry.
