Introduction: I possess a masters degree and have 15 years experience and training in yoga, personal fitnesss, and nutrition. Working as a professional dancer/singer for over 10 years provided me additional experience to maintain stamina, strength, flexibility, and overall physical health. My background and experience in teaching the individual and meeting one's specific needs are what make Harmony Studios a nationally certified, internationally trained yoga studio. I possess national certification in the areas of yoga, yoga therapy and personal fitness. Please let me know how I can help you!
