I had him ( Mr. Lee) come and take care of front yard bushes, cut tree branches and take care of mulching with some more projects to consider if he does a good job. He gave me an estimate and told me there will not be any surprises. He started the project while I was at work mainly. Only finished the front yard and did not do any mulching in the backyard, left a lot of dry leaves on the grass and basically left the project half finished stating he ran out of mulch early. He communicated through text with some vague information and asked to be paid. I asked my wife to pay him thinking he has finished the project. When I returned home realized he had only finished half of the project and took full payment. Tried to contact him by phone but he wouldn't answer. I do not think he is honest or capable.

Lee responded immediately to my need and was 10 minutes early for our meeting to evaluate the property. His bid was lower than the estimated price. He did a great job today and I paid him more because of the great work. He's now on a weekly schedule. Couldn't be happier! Thanks Thumbtack! My husband was trying to get me on board with buying a 16k tractor....(no!)
