- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for diagnostic reviews, clean up/catch up and training. When a work arrangement is recurring regularly, we establish a monthly cost to cover all regular activities and outsourced bookkeeping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation with a review of your Quickbooks file happens first. Then I give recommendations for the next steps. Typically, a more thorough diagnostic review is necessary if the client is already using Quickbooks. Upon completion of the diagnostic review, the client will have a detailed report with recommendations and time estimates for any clean up work that needs to be done. If we have worked well together and wish to proceed, I provide any or all of the following bookkeeping services: Clean up, Catch up, Training, Regular reviews, and comprehensive Outsourced bookkeeping.
