I am so happy I chose Exclusive Fitness! Wade was awesome and so helpful. Within minutes of putting my information on Thumbtack, Wade set me up with a trainer and some free trials. I am now training with Dwight and I absolutely love it. Exclusive Fitness is a nice facility and all of the people are SO friendly! I would recommend this gym/ it's personal trainers to anyone!

I work with Kellon at Tennova Heath & Fitness Center he was my personal trainer. We work together on one to one and then we did a training for life program, this was a 12 week program with 4 other members. Kellon is very dedicated and motivate to get the best out of every client. He is informative in the nutrition aspect in training. I felt the overall experience I had working with Kellon could not be any better. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get fit

I started training with Ryne at one of my lowest times in my own personal world. Not that life was particularly bad, but I was so self critical and so upset about the condition my body was in. He’s always really empathaized and listened to my wants and needs. If I ever said something about my progress he always allowed me to look at the big picture and how well I was doing. Ryne taught me so much about strength training and proper form which I had no prior knowledge of before him. I also frequent his HITT classes he offers which are always fun and allow every individual to pace thenself for what feels right. With his support and knowledge I was able to really change my lifestyle and workout regularly and eating much cleaner than I even knew how to before. If anyone feels stuck in their goals, whether they’re oriented in getting smaller or bigger Ryne is literally the expert you need. He’s also super well versed in nutrition and is always ready with answers to all your questions. I’m really grateful for all of Ryne’s help and literally wouldn’t be how I am today without his help and guidance.

Dusty, is by far the best trainer/coach I have ever had. He has been training me for the last 5 years and I couldn’t be happier. He is constantly encouraging and motivating me to do the best I possibly can. I would recommend him to anyone from new to fitness to someone who is experienced in fitness.

Will Cameron literally changed my life. When we first met, I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, 302 lbs, and wanted desperately to commission into the military. With Will’s guidance of nutrition and personal training, I dropped over 70 lbs and met my goals of entering military life. He is a strong leader and continually pushes his clients to be better, both mentally and physically. I’d still be with Will if I didn’t have to move away for work. I can honestly say, Will is the only person anyone should ever train with, don’t waste your money with someone else. I promise you, you WON’T be disappointed!

        I have worked with Stephen Kerr for over a year now at the time of this writing (November of 2017). He is a highly skilled instructor, and a very thoughtful person. He is able to lead large classes, as well as tailor training exercises to meet individual needs. He has more personal skill than most of the self-proclaimed Tai Chi masters I've ever met, yet he remains as humble as a first day student. I highly recommend that any serious student of Tai Chi who has the opportunity to work with Mr. Kerr should take that opportunity. You will be thankful after your very first session, and your skill will noticeably improve every time you meet with him.

        Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief. As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.

        Because I am older than many trainers I know there are some exercises that are perfectly fine for 25 year olds but not good for someone in their 50's or 60's. I have taught silver sneakers also for almost 3 years also. This does not mean you can't work out hard but some exercises need to be adjusted for older backs and knees etc. I've been exercising a very long time and I know the benefits which are not just to change your body but help with the stress we carry around everyday
