This is my first short term rental. Halo Hospitality took care of everything, from purchasing the furniture and furnishing to decorating and advertising. They have consistently gotten top dollar and excellent tenants. The Performance Reports break down all income and expenses to make it easy to follow. I highly recommend them as a Property Management company.

We are a commission based company, so only make money when our clients do. Commission rate can vary between 20-25% based on the size, location, and property type. We offer discounted management rates for customers with multiple properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Intro call to determine needs of customer (15 minute call) 2) Visit Property (30 minute walkthrough) 3) Deliver report/analysis of property, and estimate to the customer (2 days) 4) On-board new property onto our listing platforms (1-2 weeks)

We are licensed in TN as a Vacation Lodging Service (License #302).
