About Realty Executives Associates

I offer personalized and comprehensive real estate services. I am certified in home staging, and offer staging services to all of my listings.

My listings look better than the competition, and sell faster usually for more money. I am also certified in short sales and foreclosures. I form a dynamic team with my clients, and together we get the job done.

I also enjoy working with buyers and love getting them the best deal! I can also show buyers ideas to renovate a home to make it work for them. I've lived in Knoxville since 1987 and know the area well. I'd love to show you what Knoxville has to offer.

I welcome your inquiries, and I'll be happy to see if we could work together.

I have a broad database of realtor associates across the country so I can assist with relocation projects for those moving into or out of the area. Need a solid referral for an agent in another state or even country? Ask me

A. Ask a lot of questions! Sellers, find out about their plans for marketing your home.

Buyers - your are trusting this person with a big investment. Make sure you are comfortable with their negotiating skills and that they are business savvy.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I specialize in marketing listings for sellers in this challenging market. It takes out of the box thinking and real team synergy to sell a home today. I take an honest approach with my clients and help them see thier home through the buyers eye, I am also a certified home stager and all of my listings get some degree of staging. My listings are priced right, look great and sell faster, usually for more money. I also offer staging services to people who just want to get a better handle on thier current home. I welcome all buyers. I have lived in Knoxville/Farragut since 1987 and know the area well

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love a challenge! Todays market certainly offers that. I love to work with motivated clients and together acheive results in a timely manner.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How is the market/business? It's fantastic if you can shift with the market. You have to embrace the changes, get educated, and create results through hard work & perseverance

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I pride myself on being available to my clients offering prompt responses and top notch service. What do I wish customers knew about this profession?, Just how challenging it can be to bring a buyer and a seller together and iron out all of the wrinkles.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I started in this business several years ago as an investor. I felt that investing in rental properties would make for a great retirement plan that would pay me passive income for years to come. The more homes I purchased, the more I fell in love with the idea of helping others do the same, so after almost 20 years of being a professional chef and restaurant owner, I hung up my apron and went to real estate school. It has been an exciting journey.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Continuing education is required of all real estate professionals. We must have a minimum of 16 hours of training every 24 months.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My greatest strength is patience and my ability to keep everyone calm and on track when we encounter bumps in the roads. Real estate transactions are often problematic and you've got to keep your cool to get to the finish line. Clients often feel personally attacked and it's my job to remind them that it's just business. I am also a very good negotiator and most often can get my clients what they desire.
