The tech was great! He explained on arrival what he would be doing, he asked if I had any questions or concerns multiple times. The tech did a thorough job inside and outside. When he was done he explained what he noticed as well as what I could expect going forward with ongoing services. So far, so good! He showed up in the timeframe he promised, the solution was decided on and he quickly put it into action. He guaranteed his work up to 30 days (except for the roaches). I didn’t get multiple quotes, but the price of $185 felt reasonable if it actually takes care of all our pest issues. Time will tell!
