- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing. I always base the price on what the customer wants and how long it will take. I Always try to ask questions before quoting a price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to get a feel for what the customer is wanting. I try to get as much detail as I can. From there I can tell if I'm the right person for the job or if I'm not, I can recommend them to somebody who would get the job done.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Think about location, the look your after, wardrobe, makeup and anything else that would give the photographer an understanding of what your after and what it will take to achieve what you want. After all it is your money. You should get what you pay for.
