FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning houses for people I knew after I had my first child just to get some extra money. Oddly enough it is more fun cleaning other peoples houses than your own. Since then I have cleaned medical labs, offices and peoples houses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are ready for someone to come into your home and clean it. Put your papers in a neat stack or away so we don't have to. In order for me to fully clean I need the counters free of misc stuff that you don't want mixed up. I have no way of knowing what system your papers are organized in and when I stack them up I might accidentally mix them up.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We are not all the same. Make sure you know what you are getting when you hire someone. Some only do a light dust, sweep, vacuum, mop and wipe counters and toilets. Others are much more detailed and will get baseboards, light switches, cabinets etc.
