I work with Kellon at Tennova Heath & Fitness Center he was my personal trainer. We work together on one to one and then we did a training for life program, this was a 12 week program with 4 other members. Kellon is very dedicated and motivate to get the best out of every client. He is informative in the nutrition aspect in training. I felt the overall experience I had working with Kellon could not be any better. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to get fit
I started training with Samantha in Nov 2017. As a young professional and mother of 3, I initially didn’t foresee my workout routine being a part of my everyday life since my schedule is usually pretty busy. Samantha has been very accommodating and flexible in her scheduling which has made this possible. I originally went into my training with the mindset of toning and having a decent bathing suit body for the summer. 6 months later I’ve reached my goals but Samantha has encouraged and inspired me to desire more. My goals have transformed into something bigger than I could have ever envisioned for myself. Your trainer and work out should be more than just an appointment. This is only the beginning for me and I don’t see this ever being “done done”.

I began training with Ryne after having my first child. With his help and guidance I was able to lose 45 pounds! I have worked with Stephen Kerr for over a year now at the time of this writing (November of 2017). He is a highly skilled instructor, and a very thoughtful person. He is able to lead large classes, as well as tailor training exercises to meet individual needs. He has more personal skill than most of the self-proclaimed Tai Chi masters I've ever met, yet he remains as humble as a first day student. I highly recommend that any serious student of Tai Chi who has the opportunity to work with Mr. Kerr should take that opportunity. You will be thankful after your very first session, and your skill will noticeably improve every time you meet with him.
Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief. As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.

Because I am older than many trainers I know there are some exercises that are perfectly fine for 25 year olds but not good for someone in their 50's or 60's. I have taught silver sneakers also for almost 3 years also. This does not mean you can't work out hard but some exercises need to be adjusted for older backs and knees etc. I've been exercising a very long time and I know the benefits which are not just to change your body but help with the stress we carry around everyday
