Whether you’re looking for Yin,Flow, Core yoga classes or a massage therapist... Meryl is a gem! Always a great class! When I’m in need of a relaxing Yin class or a kick ass core class Meryl always brings her unique style, professionalism and expertise to the floor. She’s sensitive to her students needs offering gentle aid and support in a pose if you need her to. Her Flow classes are some of my personal favorites, with rhythmic music and yummy flow sequences, I’m more focused and energized after each class, also she’s my go to massage therapist.. wouldn’t trust anyone else . Thank you Meryl , truly .
