Naomi provided an excellent breakfast service four our group of 17 people while we were on vacation in the Smoky Mountains. She was easy to set the menu with, came on time, and provided us with a wonderful assortment each morning. The best part was that the food was excellent. We really enjoyed her special touches like the orange zest on the fruit salad and fresh whipped cream. Hiring her to take our cooking load off of us was a great decision.
My wife had just received a promotion with her company and we had planned a celebration dinner with family and friends. Our original catering company had double booked us, causing us to search else where. We found Carol Scott, and she rose to the occasion in style, elegance, sophistication, and above all class! Our menu had already been chosen, and we were worried due to the short notice that there may be issues in fulfilling our needs. This couldn't be farther from the case. We had Tuna Niçoise salad, an outstanding and perfectly prepared Seared scallop, the most desiccant Rack of lamb seasoned just right, and a Vanilla bourbon creme brûlée that people only read about!!! There were 16 of us there, and everyone was impressed with the arrangement, service, and above all Top Chef quality of her dishes. Where one company failed, she has now gained the business, demand, and above all high respect for her ability, and capability to produce such an experience in such short time! We are now guests for life in any kitchen, establishment our home she is invited into. Thank you for the shear awesomeness you have let us experience on such a grand occasion!
