What I can tell you from my experience is that traditional personal training just doesn't cut it. With comprehensive and personalized health/lifestyle coaching (not cookie cutter b.s.) you will be empowered, not dependent. The emphasis is placed on what actually gets you results. I have coached everyone from sport-specific athletes to a few figure competitors, but I LOVE helping beginners or "restarters" who need support, accountability, and guidance. You need ALL THREE THINGS 1. Training plan with lots of feedback that fits into your lifestyle giving you more freedom and a comprehensive plan instead of becoming dependent 2. Nutrition plan and *COACHING* that guides you along the way; one that doesn't merely spit rules at you and hope you follow 3. ACCOUNTABILITY!!! If you start out like this and stay in the game by simply responding and opening up to receive guidance you will transform forever instead of "getting in shape when you can afford a trainer" There are a lot of misconceptions about "remote" programs. It is not about just sending you a program and then hoping you do the work. With this approach we can actually dive into the things that matter: YOUR HABITS. You have to be ready to do this if you sign up with coach P! I compared to others and what the programs had to offer, this a value beyond my expectations...This will be the best money you have ever spent on having a trainer! This is not the run of the mill where someone watches you workout while they dictate the workout! It’s a mind, body, soul deep dive into food, nutrition and exercise. But you have to put in the work, effort and time🤷🏽‍♀️it’s not easy by any means, but the payoff is well worth it and you have a wealth of research and information at your fingertips....like anything else you get out what you put into it! Stop making excuses, aren’t you worth it! I’m inspired and empowered and know I have the tools to stop yo yo dieting!

He was wonderful at taking the time to explain how everything works so that I could fully understand how to control my weight loss journey once I reached my goal.     I'M OFFERING 10-20% (I CAN EXPLAIN MORE IN A PHONE CALL) FOR A LIMITED TIME. I do not do pricing strictly through thumbtack because frankly, it's unprofessional! I have no idea what you actually need.... It may not even be a fit.
