ZBolt Designs recently did my website. First let me say, the thought of even beginning a project this big seemed like such a daunting task but ZBolt made the process seem effortless. Right from the get go, they prepared a project quote that was quite comprehensive, soon to follow, was a phone consult with lots of time for questions and answers. Once work began, we started brainstorming and bounced ideas off of each other and the thing that impressed me most was the fact that they "listened" to my input and implemented many of my ideas. I've worked with "larger" website design companies and hands down, ZBolt Designs was by far the easiest company to work with. Another thing I must point out that at any time, if I had a question or concern about anything at all, I was able to pick up the phone and speak with Derek. He always returned my text messages, emails and phone calls. ZBolt also set up my facebook and twitter page and even gave me "lessons" on how to move around in the programs. Such attention to detail and a personal approach....made me feel very comfortable and confident through this entire process.
