- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost everything I do is based on a flat rate schedule. My rates are available at installheroes.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I have them describe their current setup and how they'd like to improve it. I tend to think outside of the box and offer every solution I can think of. The customer usually knows what they want, and something I throw out there will stick. I'm all about giving the customer what they want, and what is right for their situation, not just what everyone else is doing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for Circuit City until they went out of business and then I started Install Heroes.
