We moved in to our new house and I wanted basement carpet cleaned. Joe did great job with finding and removing pet stains (I didn’t even know about) and cleaning carpet in whole basement including walk in closet and stairs.

Summit Carpet responded within minutes of my request. They arrived on time, we're courteous, and explained the process and methods they would use. They answered my questions completely. My carpets are twenty-four years old but in good condition with normal wear. They cleaned them and removed minor pet urine stains from a previous tenant's pet. The carpets turned out better than expected. I will use Summit again and would recommend their services.
