Okay. I don't write reviews,but this guy is worth it. Disclaimer: I am incredibly long winded. But get to the bottom of it if you're serious about getting yourself on track. Sooooo I walked away from fitness about 5 years ago. Burned out and done. 5 years later, and I realized the huge void in my life was being physically fit. I did my homework...researched the hell out of every trainer in Nashville. It was clear he was the best. This was last November? Maybe even October. I met with him. He was great, and I knew he was capable of getting me back to where I was so long ago. Well, true to form, I stalled. I came up with tons of lame excuses why I couldn't start. Well, he was so intuitive after our first meeting, that he knew he was gonna have to stay on me to get me out of my fear zone. Okay, forget fear...truth was I was petrified to start over. I was at ground zero. Muscle tone was gone. Cardio was past the point of rescue. So he would randomly text and call me from October until March. 5 months! Who does that?? And he wasn't pushing me for any financial gain on his part. He really gave a shit. So I finally took the plunge. I cried a lot after each session. Starting over (or starting for the first time) is a daunting task. He gauged where I was. He pushed me (ever so gently), and always encouraged me when he saw I was ready to bail. (Seriously. I would sob at the end of every session. NO GUY likes that! But he was great. Super supportive, even if he was thinking "Man, this girl's a hot mess!" All I can say is do it. Call him. And trust him. You won't be some random person he's out to train. He will know exactly what to do with you. No "one size fits all" training here. Personalized just for you. He knows what he's doing on all levels of fitness and nutrition. So do it. Now! Happy training!!! ~Em (Die hard Law fan)

I’ve been working out with Heydi for about a year now. I couldn’t be more pleased! Heydi is all you could ever ask for in a personal trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, motivational and FUN! Not only does she have great knowledge of fitness, but also in nutrition. She listens to you and what your goals are and pushes you to make them. She CARES. She answers any questions you may have and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it and follow up with you. You get the maximum benefit of your time with her because she is constantly changing the routine to make sure you get the maximum benefit of your workout. I haven’t been bored once! I always look forward to my sessions with her. Her workouts are TOUGH, but Heydi has a knack for sensing when you’re struggling and manages to get you to push through with a smile on your face. Heydi is constantly broadening her knowledge in her craft through personal study and attending workshops. On top of all this, Heydi is a GOOD person! She meets the challenge of balancing work and family beautifully.
Excellent gym atmosphere!!! A place where you can be lifting next to a power lifter, competitor, or the beginner in fitness, and everyone meshes. Can say I won't lift anywhere else in Nashville and be able to say the same thing.
Jim is an absolute professional when it comes to physical training. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. His expertise allow him to work with all levels regardless of where one might be upon starting, and his routines are diverse, effective, and above all fun. And while he's certainly in the business of putting your training at the top, his relaxed and generous manner make getting through workouts a pleasure. For those looking for a quick fix to their health, stick to your average diet books and ellipticals, but if you're ready for a transformative personal training fitness, Jim's the guy your looking for. Sarah is an amazing trainer and she's worth every penny! Sarah helped me devise a workout plan with only tools that were available in my apartment, yet her workout plan is really challenging and definitely push you to be a better version of you! Sarah's best qualities are her friendliness, professionalism, and passion for fitness. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great trainer.

Andrew is an outstanding trainer! He was unlike any other personal trainer I've worked with in the past. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and then custom developed a plan to get me there. He was tough but encouraging and held me accountable to the plan we developed. His workout space is professional and clean and I would recommend Andrew to anyone at any fitness level!

When I found Erich, I thought I was signing up for someone to help me lose weight; however, I got so much more. Erich takes a sustainable, holistical approach to food and exercise. He doesn’t promote the latest trend on food or fitness but rather helps you to look at food completely differently to achieve your best self. I couldn’t recommend Erich more. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just get a handle on your food intake, Erich will be a blessing to your journey.
Daniel did an exceptional job addressing my fitness and nutrition goals. He provided me with a daily calorie guide as well as meal and snack ideas to accompany my workout plan. My trainer, Lexi Cox, really motivated me to push myself and achieve my goals. She conducted our training sessions very professionally, but she was also very personable and easy to get a long with.
I've worked with them for a long time now. I'm in my 40s and have had a few trainers in the past, but the thing that stuck out with me is how much they care about their clients. They always hold me accountable with body measurements, updated nutrition plans, different varieties of workouts, and the gym they are in is huge and well kept. Also - they don't overcharge to try to make more - they are very fair with their price! Definitely would give DM Fitness a try!
In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. Mitch Kornberg has changed my life for the better. Thanks to just three hours a week of coaching from Mitch, I am stronger and more flexible at 51 than I was 30.
