I am very impressed with Bruce Property Inspections. I had my newly built home inspected by Bruce and I am so glad that I did. Bruce was very knowledgeable and thorough. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is very simple up to 2000 it is 250.00, then 3000 it is 275.00, then 4000 it is 300.00, after that it is 325.00 if the home is over 4000 sq. ft call for a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take regular classes every year, and am a member of Home Inspectors of Tennessee.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love looking at home and remodeling them. I have been remodeling homes since 1972.
