I planned the first health week for our company. I searched to find the best person to provide nutrition information to our employees. I found Rob on Thumbtack and it was excellent. We had so many people signup for his class that I had to have him teach two nutrition classes. He is a treasure chest of knowledge and provide our employee with the tools needed to make the best food choices. I enjoyed working with him so, I asked him to come back and do a catered healthy lunch for all our employees!
I have known Law for the past 9 months as a friend and a workout buddy. As a physical therapist, I was surprised at his knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body and at the tips and new exercises he has introduced to me to improve my own routine (both exercise and nutrition). He knows his stuff...everything from nutrition to designing a program to optimize benefits while minimizing time. No matter what your into doing in a training session with him he knows it! Rather it be cross fit geared / Olympic style weight lifting or just cardio and getting toned he is your guy! He is also a super nice guy that you can feel comfortable with which is key with your trainer!

I highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer! I've been working with him for about eight months and have been in the best shape of my life. I also experienced the most strength gains from our weightlifting training. He was also very adept at teaching me proper form and showing me how I can create an entire program to achieve all my goals. When I first started working with him, I was a bit intimidated of the gym. Now I know the lingo and can talk with the best of them about super sets, drop sets, macros, CLA, etc. I'm so proud of the work we've done together! During our work together, Daniel emphasized the importance of nutrition in achieving goals. He also saw that as motivated as I could be, I still struggled with my sweet tooth. I've known this guy for quite sometime, and he's always had the urge to win, not only within himself but he wanted to genuinely see others excel too! I started off just going to basic one day a week Women.On.Weights classes they are fun, challenging, and there's not a heavy pressure that comes with it, we simply do our best with the time we have. Here it is months later and I've enrolled in another class that's more intense, I've noticed so many changes within my mind and body I urge to eat healthier and treat my body better. I couldn't have discovered the importance of clean eating and a balanced work out without him!
My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
