Shaun was amazing! We were is a pretty difficult situation and he did not hesitate to help us. The locks we needed installed were not as easy as we had first described to him but he quickly adjusted and made them work. His pricing was very fair and his work was high quality! I reached out needing some help. I was texted back with pricing and info I needed. Was told I could have it done on a Thursday. Afternoon on Thursday was told wasn't going to be able to make it. I get it being busy with previous job. I was told that I could be fitted in over the weekend. I said back great, and sent the day and time if it was good for them. 4 days later still haven't heard back.
