- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Final estimates will be issued only after we have had time to sit down with our customers and discuss project details and then walk through the project site. This allows us to truly gain an understanding of what we will be dealing with as your job continues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we receive a job request we will call and schedule a sit down meeting with new potential clients. Once a walkthrough of the jobsite has been performed we will draft a cost estimate. If that estimate is agreed upon by the client we will discuss project timeline and payment details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aaron, our CEO and lead remodeler, has worked his entire adult life in the trades. From working under a skilled electrician, new home constructions, and commercial focused builders to now owning his own remodel company. Aaron considers himself a jack of all trades, continuously growing and learning more in his trade. He truly loves what he does, and it shows in his quality of work.
