- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the job, but estimates are free so DON'T be afraid to ask for a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FOR LANDSCAPING & HARDSCAPING We schedule a consultation walk-through to better understand our clients expectations and desires. We will discuss things like "What features would you like in your patio?" "Are there any particular plants or colors you would like to see in your landscape?" "What sort of budget are we working with?" We then begin the design process using 3-D Imaging to bring the design to life. The clients can literally see what they are getting before its even installed. This helps with expectations from both the customer and the contractor. If the Client is not satisfied with the initial design we will reconstruct until his or her needs are fulfilled. Once design is finalized and the clients are pleased, a contract is written up to insure the customer and contractor are protected by a written agreement. Once signed and Initial payment is received, we will the begin the process of bringing your project to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We also have 3 current employees who have taken the extensive ICPI (interlocking concrete paver institute) course and passed the exam. With certificates to prove. We currently have training in the landscape management and design field from UT's non credited courses. Most of our knowledge is from experience, and attending numerous shows and conventions dealing the the landscape & hardscape industry
