Introduction: I am a RYT with your body mobility in mind. I want to make sure you get the results you want by helping you move in the best form for your body. I have and continue to train with top industry leaders and want to bring that to your practice and life. I will travel to your home for private lessons with my different props for support or you may come to the studio in Maryville where you can take private or duet lessons as well as group classes. I look forward to working with you! Together let's change your life and legacy! Price quote is for private. Group lessons are available as well.

Debbie has helped me to become a stronger and more positive woman. She showed me with positive support and patience how to do the yoga positions and encouraged me to be kind to myself and continue to try. Today I'm stronger and can do positions I never thought I could. I have a knee that is weak, toes on my left foot that don't bend, stiffness in my neck and finger joints that flare up. Debbie tweaks the positions so I can do them. She is amazing. I may go in some mornings aching, but come out feeling fantastic. All that to say, don't let your body limit your life. We are Strong. Debbie has become more than just my yoga instructor she's become a Blessed Friend.
