Introduction: Personal service. All service is provided by attorney, not staff members. Free Consultation to address each individual's personal financial struggles and hardships and determine what options are available to that individual to reach their goals and objectives. Everyone is different and no case is like another. Especially in light of today's economy, more people need help in eliminating debt or restructuring the debt in order to better afford the property they are trying to keep. Each case must be analyzed to determine the best option for that individual. My job is never boring and is very rewarding in most cases, often getting a call from a new client espressing gratitude for the first night of sleep they have gotten in a long time.
