This was the 2nd time I’ve used Tiger Paws and I was, again, extremely satisfied! This time I had several rooms’ carpets cleaned and was amazed at how beautiful they looked so quickly. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the staircase afterward, as it had started with enough cat hair on it to make a new cat... My service was delay due to transportation/equipment issues. Also my carpet was not clean very well. Don’t know if it had anything to do with the equipment malfunction that day or I need to install new carpet.. either way I thought it would have been a little better than it turned out. I previously (years before service) cleaned my carpet myself and got a better result. I rate 3 stars because the representative was in touch the whole time and recommended if I’m not satisfied that they will come back out but I didn’t bother to take the offer. Hi Lisa, I am sorry, your experience was not the five star experience we are accustom to providing. Yes, we did have a serious issue with our equipment that I was not aware of until the following day when several clients had an issue with dry time, and overall results. Our dry times are typically 6 to 8 hours. This was why I was offering to come back during the follow up call. These results are not typical and I would still love the opportunity to make it right. In the pictures, there is clearly an improvement in the condition of the carpet, although our results are commonly much better that what is depicted. We have gone back and recleaned the other clients from that same day and they were very pleased with the results with our mechanical issues corrected. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you change your mind and decide to execute your 30 day warranty. We would be more than happy to reclean your house for you. It bothers me to see these pictures as I know this carpet could look much better.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is typically by the 12X14 area, however we do have package deals available. We do not tack on charges for traffic areas or a deep clean when we arrive at a job. Every home has traffic areas and we believe every client wants their carpets as clean as they can be, not just sort of clean with an up charge option for really clean.
