FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. Thats why i set a meeting for every job. I personally see the job, analyze every aspect of it for example: the size of the job, the area its in, the type of finish desired, the type of concrete needed, can i back the trucks in?, do i need to haul off dirt or broken concrete. Every job is different and every job is priced according to its needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule a meeting, the customer and I will agree on the date and time. I will listen to what the customer wants and we'll talk about the type of concrete that would be best for that job and the desired finish and i then measure the square footage. If the job is simple i will give a quote then and there. If there's more to it then I will give a quote the following day. I'll sit down and go over all the materials needed and the time it will take to complete the job. That way I have a fair and exact quote. Once i have the quote ready I then explain the process to complete the job, the time it'll take and the day i can start if the customer chooses to use me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation concrete man. I have been around it all my life and this is what i specialize in and is what i do every day. I have been doing jobs for big commercial companies and regular homeowners .
