- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are fair, neither the least nor the most expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I usually speak with a prospective client or a family member by phone. The next step is to meet face to face and start getting the facts and the finances worked out. From then on it's working on the case to a satisfactory conclusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school here in Memphis. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and my law degree from the University of Memphis. I have also served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
