After scheduling Mary for a Wednesday, we communicated frequently about the importance of this cleaning. We seemed to understand everything. I then committed to every other week cleaning by Mary. On the scheduled day, Wednesday, Mary called and asked to please change to that Friday. She had an emergency. I reminded her again that I was getting a houseful of company on Friday night and she agreed to have everything complete. Friday came and no Mary! I called her repeatedly all morning and left messages. I sent texts to her all morning just asking if she was coming or not. I was frantic! By 1:00pm I knew Mary was avoiding me and not coming. If she had responded or let me know, I could have had plenty of time to find help but she did not contact me at all. Character is very important when deciding whether to allow someone into your home, and this is a red flag in the character department. Everyone has situations but to not respond is unacceptable. I would never suggest to anyone to use her if it is important that she come.

This is my only business and I would NOT intentionally dismiss a Client like that! I'm so so sorry not getting with you on Friday as I had a medical emergency! No one knew how to contact you. I was in the hospital for over a month. I am putting this on my profile now because I did not know how to edit my reviews on Thumbtack. I was in critical condition for a while. Again I apologize to you! I would always respond to my Clients if at all possible!

Mary has a wonderful personality. Very friendly and professional. She was here for approximately 4 hours for the first clean of our house and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend her services.
