- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing has recently changed due to new services we offer. Effective March 1, 2016 our hourly rate will be $100 and our monthly retainer will become $250. The monthly retainer provides unlimited appointments as well as free admission to couple's events such as Date Night and Fight Night (see the videos).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation. It's important to leave your phone number within your Thumbtack inquiry because we call within 24 hours of receiving your message. During your consultation we'll have a preliminary conversation, getting to know you and your concerns. The top priority of of the consultation is to provide you will tips to help you from the first day. Then, we schedule your first appointment. All we ask of our new couples is to prepare yourselves to do the work. Good or bad come committed to seeing it through to a positive conclusion. We are with you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Current Spiritual peer counselor for Need Him Global Ministry Current Master's Marriage and Family Therapy Student at NorthCentral University December 2015, received Certification as a Marriage Mentor SYMBIS Academy - Dr. Les and Leslie Parrott August 2014, received Faith-based Clinical Therapist Certification from One Faith Ministry Inc., accredited by Day Spring Christian University. I have re-certified as of December 2020. In 2011, received Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis.
