I recommend their services as all items were carefully unloaded and placed with glove service. They finished unloading and assembling my items within the quote. Moving is rather tedious and they alleviated the stress in advance for the day to go smoothly.

Cody and Robby were great! They showed up on time, moved a trailer load of furniture up three flights of stairs and helped us set up our furniture. Highly recommend and would most definitely use again. Top notch!

Great service! The two guys were very careful not to damage anything, yet they worked quickly as not to try and get over. I will Definitely use them again and I HIGHLY recommend them with absolutely no reservations!

I hired Gifted Hands to move me across town on 6/27. The guys were nice and professional, but there were a couple broken pieces of furniture and more than a dozen damaged boxes. Generally, I know that things like that aren't unexpected, but after reviewing the contract (sent after they'd received payment) I discovered I was charged for an additional 30 minutes, amounting to $75. The movers were on the clock from 11:21am to 3:26pm, with the time billed to the quarter hour. That would mean that there were 4.25 billable hours, but I was billed for 4.75 hours and there were 27 billed minutes for "travel time", which was never disclosed on the estimate or in discussions prior to our agreement. I assume this is where the additional half hour came from, so I reached out to GHM to find out more. I have reached out at least half a dozen times over the last two weeks. I've emailed, called, texted, and even messaged through Thumbtack about the discrepancy in billing, but I have not had a single response. I did everything I could to give them a chance to remedy the situation or even to just explain the charge. My attempts were ignored. I think any one of those things would be frustrating but manageable; however the combination is too much. I expected more given the total cost of the move - $853 before tip (including the extra half hour).
