  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Starting at $15. Notary fees are based on the type of document to be notarized, number of signers and possible travel if I am to travel to the client. Discounts are given to Veterans, Senior Citizens and First Responders (pending I.D. verification/badge).

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Client services begin with an initial consultation by phone (clients may also schedule services via the appointment link on my website) to discuss the details of the notary services to be performed. This also includes determining the location of services. All clients must provide a valid, non-expired, state issued I.D. card or Driver's License.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently enrolled in the Loan Signing System course for training to be a loan signing agent. I attend webinars, trainings and read literature concerning the laws and statutes for Tennessee notaries.
