Introduction: I don't have only one way of getting people to their goals. Everyone is slightly different in the way that they respond to exercise. Once I figure out where a person is at as far as fitness levels, and what their goals are, I program their workouts and nutrition programs to account for their current fitness status, but incorporate changes as they get in better shape, so that they won't plateau. It doesn't matter what the goal is, there are certain things that need to happen, and I adjust things in a client's workouts and nutrition to put them in the right place so that they can achieve their goals. From years of experience, I know the common mistakes that people make, and how not avoid them, so I can quickly identify what's holding a person back, and remove that obstacle that's blocking their path to success. I enjoy seeing the look on someone's face when the overcome the odds and succeed. It's priceless to see the look on someone's face, when your client that started off a size 14 becomes a size 6!

Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. If you want a trainer that can assist you with your physical fitness goals from losing weight, toning, and/or to body building, Chris is your ultimate Trainer!

Chris is the BEST trainer I've ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the goals set forth. I absolutely his style. Chris takes time out to explain the where, why, and how. He makes a nutrition plan for you and tells you why this is effective. He lets you know how this will help you achieve your goals. I can't say enough great things about him!!!! He's awesome!!!!!!

I've had a great experience using Chris as a trainer,he definitely knows what he's talking about regarding the excercise and food programs he personalizes for you.He's so easy to work with schedule wise. I plan to continue to use him use his services and would recommend others who want to get fit do the same.😊

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm always reading, attending classes and seminars and revising my approach by looking at info from the clients that I work with to help myself become better at what I do. In this field, the amount of information seems to double every 18 months, so if you're not trying to stay on top of the new information, you're falling behind.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    The typical client comes to me for help with nutrition, and helping them lose fat, or lose fat while gaining muscle. Most of them also have muscle imbalances that get corrected in the process in order for them to get the ability to perform later on, so that they can continue to get great results.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't be afraid to ask questions and be honest with the info you give. People genuinely interested in who you are and where you want to be will care enough to get some basic information like weight, body fat, and will relate where you're at, relative to where you'd like to be, and at least briefly explain the process.
