FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is fairly simple. $100 for group classes and, usually, $380 and up for behavior services and home training. I say "usually" because of the potential variables and the seriousness of some issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call client to discuss their needs. Explain my services in detail so they will know what to expect. Invoice client via Paypal. Once paid, we proceed as follows: Complete preliminary paperwork. Send client basic obedience handbook and/or behavior evaluation questionnaire. Review evaluation questionnaire in behavior cases and schedule an interview. Call basic obedience clients to schedule one of four sessions. Provide such additional information and assistance as is necessary to achieve owners goals. Provide ongoing support after our initial work is complete for no additional charge, with stipulation that additional work is related in some way to work previously provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly monitoring various sources to see if new research is available in reference to the issues we deal with and more. I participate in online webinars and other continuing education venues. This allows me to provide cutting edge services and stay ahead of the competition.
