I contacted Thomas at PMI regarding managing a rental property I own. I sent a long list of questions about his company and management experience. Thomas responded promptly and completely. We had a discussion afterwards and we decided to do business together. I have already heard from him, again very promptly with a maintenance issue that he had priced out very economically compared with other similar issues I've had experience with. He is someone you should check out if you need property management.
