No choice. I couldn't keep from singing if I tried.

It varies. Some want to sing as a surprise to someone. Some are wanting to strengthen their voices for a performance they have coming up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they LIKE people. It is a tender scary thing to approach someone and ask them to instruct you in voice. One feels vulnerable already. If you get someone who genuinely does not like folks then they can do more damage that good.
