- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our estimates are done in person. We need exact measurements and counts to give accurate quotes. 15% discount offered to first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact via phone, email or app. We collect the information about the customer, home and services requested. Depending on the services, we will either do a phone/email quote or an in-person estimate. Once customer has approved the estimate, we schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our services are mostly maintenance related. We suggested cleaning your windows 2-4 times a year and your gutters 2-3 times a year. We do offer discount programs for these services after the initial cleaning.
